Michelle Logan

Michelle Logan is a dynamic television personality based in Denver, Colorado. Most recently, she worked at WUSA9 in Washington, D.C. where she was the morning traffic specialist for two years. As part of the Get Up DC! anchor team, she produced the travel segment Get Up Getaways, which highlighted historical and adventurous destinations in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. She brought bright personality and thoughtful conversation to the show Monday through Friday 4:25 - 7:00 a.m.

Before moving to the capital, Michelle worked in Birmingham, Alabama for three years. She produced the weekly health and wellness franchise Living Well With Michelle. She also provided real-time traffic reports and served as a long-term fill-in news anchor.

In 2020, Michelle became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, deepening her ability to provide unique, insightful reports in the ever-changing world of health and wellness reporting. In January 2024, Michelle started taking real estate classes and is hoping to get her Broker License by July 2024.

She loves telling character-driven stories that motivate and inspire. Michelle tries to greet every new opportunity with a "yes."

Michelle was born in Santa Clarita, California, a suburb near Los Angeles. She earned her journalism degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) and minored in media, arts & technologies.
